Cancellation Policy – Desert Safari Dubai llc Tourism L.L.C.
Fair, transparent, and customer-friendly cancellation and rescheduling terms.
We understand that plans can change. Below are our clear terms for cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds.
- Guest-Initiated Cancellation
- 48+ hours before tour: Full refund.
- 24–48 hours before tour: 50% refund.
- Less than 24 hours / No-show: No refund.
- Rescheduling
You can reschedule once for free if requested at least 24 hours before the tour (subject to availability). Requests made within 24 hours will be treated as cancellations.
- Company-Initiated Cancellation
We may cancel or reschedule tours due to bad weather, safety concerns, operational issues, or Force Majeure. Guests can choose between:
- Rescheduling to another date
- Full refund
- Refund Process
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- Bank/payment gateway fees are non-refundable.
- Group & Private Bookings
Bookings for 10+ participants or private tours may have separate terms provided at the time of booking.
- Governing Law
This policy is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes will be handled by the Courts of Dubai.
